PHOTOGRAPHY

Experimenting with photography allows me play with light, different perspectives, and unexpected ways of seeing the world.

SAN FRANCISCO
A visit to Alcatraz, capturing striking photographs of the historic prison against the San Francisco Bay backdrop, where the intentional overexposure of light, gives the images an almost heaven-like, and surreal quality.
Process: Shot and developed on film, then raw negatives were scanned.
SNOW DAY
Black and white film experiment on a rare snow day in Portland. The sharp tones make the empty streets feel super quiet, and the soft edges turn the city into this mix of contrast and calm.
Process: Shot and developed on film, then raw negatives were scanned.
ROCKAWAY BEACH
Experimenting with film photography on a stormy trip to the Oregon Coast. I captured the raw, moody energy of the waves and sky, turning the weather’s chaos into dramatic texture and tone.
Process: Shot and developed on film, then raw negatives were scanned.
GRANT HIGH SCHOOL
Practicing black & white, and sepia tone post production editing in photoshop with images captured at high school.
Process: Shot and developed on film, then raw negatives were scanned.
